Pod\u013ea inej te\u00f3rie tu zasa bola k\u00faria a Stupavsk\u00fd hrad vraj st\u00e1l na mieste Dra\u010dieho hr\u00e1dku, ktor\u00fd sa nach\u00e1dza v katastri obce Stupavy, skryt\u00fd v lesoch, asi kilometer od posledn\u00fdch domov obce Borinka. Napriek spornej polohe sa p\u00f4vodn\u00fd vodn\u00fd hrad spom\u00edna u\u017e v roku 1271 a u\u017e v roku 1280 bol vraj strediskom paj\u0161t\u00fanskeho panstva. Jeden zo siete kr\u00e1\u013eovsk\u00fdch hradov zmenil viackr\u00e1t majite\u013eov. Boli nimi gr\u00f3fi zo Sv. Jura, Ser\u00e9diovci aj gr\u00f3fi zo Salmu a Neuburgu. A\u017e potom ho do dr\u017eby dostali P\u00e1lffyovci. Zauj\u00edmav\u00fa prestavbu realizoval v polovici 17. storo\u010dia Pavol P\u00e1lffy, ktor\u00fd objektu vtla\u010dil ranobarokov\u00fa podobu. N\u00e1dvorie a kaplnka zasa pribudli v 18. storo\u010d\u00ed, ke\u010f tu bol dom\u00e1cim p\u00e1nom Mikul\u00e1\u0161 V. P\u00e1lffy a nesk\u00f4r Leopold II. P\u00e1lffy.\u00a0<\/p><p>P\u00e1lffyovci ur\u010dovali rozvoj Stupavy takmer tri storo\u010dia. \u010eal\u0161\u00edmi vlastn\u00edkmi impozantn\u00e9ho ka\u0161tie\u013ea boli K\u00e1rolyiovci, ktor\u00ed z neho spravili romantick\u00e9 s\u00eddlo. Im v\u010fa\u010d\u00edme aj za exteri\u00e9rov\u00e9 \u00fapravy. Nov\u00fd majite\u013e, gr\u00f3f Alojz K\u00e1rolyi toti\u017e investoval nielen do ka\u0161tie\u013ea, ale nem\u00e1lo prostriedkov vlo\u017eil aj do obnovy panskej z\u00e1hrady. T\u00e1 sa niesla v duchu anglick\u00e9ho parku &#8211; pribudli nov\u00e9 dreviny a ba\u017einat\u00fa vodn\u00fa plochu nahradilo jazierko.\u00a0<\/p><p>Posledn\u00fd \u010dlen tohto rodu &#8211; gr\u00f3f \u013dudov\u00edt K\u00e1rolyi definit\u00edvne opustil Stupavu v apr\u00edli 1945, no u\u017e po\u010das vojny bol ka\u0161tie\u013e po\u0161koden\u00fd. Po vojne tu zriadili obecn\u00fa pol\u00edciu, nesk\u00f4r sa ka\u0161tie\u013e stal majetkom \u0161t\u00e1tu a vyhorel. Rekon\u0161trukciou pre\u0161iel v 50. rokoch a dnes sl\u00fa\u017ei ako domov soci\u00e1lnych slu\u017eieb.<\/p><p>Trojposchodov\u00fa budovu s trojkr\u00eddlovou dispoz\u00edciou s n\u00e1ro\u017en\u00fdmi hranolov\u00fdmi ve\u017eami a kaplnkou na konci bo\u010dn\u00e9ho kr\u00eddla zdob\u00ed fas\u00e1da \u010derpaj\u00faca z barokovo-rokokov\u00fdch vzorov, miestami nesie znaky secesie. Vstupn\u00fd port\u00e1l tvor\u00ed kamenn\u00e1 bos\u00e1\u017e (murivo). Ponad \u0148u vedie kord\u00f3nov\u00e1 r\u00edmsa odde\u013euj\u00faca prv\u00e9 a druh\u00e9 podla\u017eie. Na vrchu sa nach\u00e1dza atika so \u0161t\u00edtom a n\u00e1dstavcom, rizalit &#8211; teda stredov\u00e1 \u010das\u0165, ktor\u00e1 vystupuje z prie\u010delia nad vchodom &#8211; zdobia rokokov\u00e9 vzory. Na pr\u00edzem\u00ed sa zachovali renesan\u010dn\u00e9 klenby.<\/p><p>Len spomienkou na sl\u00e1vne \u010dasy je zaniknut\u00fd pivovar, debn\u00e1re\u0148\u00a0 a pr\u00e1\u010dov\u0148a, ktor\u00e9 v parku e\u0161te za\u010diatkom 20. storo\u010dia fungovali. V havarijnom stave je aj trojdielny vykurovan\u00fd sklen\u00edk s kotol\u0148ou z konca 19. storo\u010dia. Jedin\u00fd prvok, ktor\u00fd tu z tohto obdobia zostal je zrekon\u0161truovan\u00fd mlyn.
